Event Information

5K: Race includes a scenic run through the Northern schools property, including a stretch of wooded terrain. Runners of all levels expected. The run begins at 6:30 PM.

1 Mile Fun Run: Enjoy a run or walk through the Northern Middle & High school grounds. The run will start and stop at the same place as the 5K and starts at 6:00 PM.

• 5K: $20 race chip / t-shirt  / eligible for prizes & medals / All Elementary and Middle school 5K runners will be recognized and will receive a medal.
• 5K: $10 race chip only / no t-shirt  / eligible for prizes or medals
• 1 Mile Run: $20 for Race Chip/ T-shirt – ONLY Elementary & Middle School Participants are eligible for medals/prizes
• FREE – 5K or 1 mile with no race bib / chip or t-shirt – No registration required

T-shirt Sales: You must register by April 9th to get a race shirt.

• 4:30 PM – Race day registration opens
• 5:30 PM – Race day registration closes
• 6:00 PM – Race Starts for 1 Mile Fun Run
• 6:30 PM – Race Starts for 5K
• 7:30 PM – Projected awards ceremony (will be adjusted based on last finisher’s time)

This event will be timed using a bibtag timing chips. The timing chip will be on the back of the run number. This will not need to be turned back in after the race – it is disposable. It will be a chip time start. That means your time will not start until you reach the start timing mat. Make sure your number is clearly visible on the front of your body. Chip Time is the time your chip crossed the start timing mat. The awards for this event are based on Chip Time.

• Top 3 M/F Adult (18+)
• Top 3 M/F High School Level
• Top 3 M/F Middle School Level
• Top 3 M/F Elementary School Level (all Elementary school 5K participants to receive a medal of participation)
